Hallowe’en Celebrations to Kick Off With a Time Warp World Record Attempt

Calling all pelvic-thrusting, fun-lovin’ people! Fancy your chances of being on television and part of “Rocky Horror History”? If so, get yourself along to Brighton, east of the Pier by the paddling pool, where the biggest Hallowe’en bash is going to try and thrust its way through to the World Record Time Warp.

To help break the world record for The Time Warp dance, which is currently held by Melbourne, it’s hoped more than 1,500 people go along to Brighton and put The Rocky Horror Show in The Guinness Book of Records!

To get in the party spirit it’s requested that everyone wear something “Rocky” related, whether it’s a T-shirt, feather boa, or stilettos! If you don’t have anything don’t worry there’ll be something available to purchase on the day.

The Time Warp record attempt will be filmed by The Paul O’Grady Show on Saturday 31st October – make sure you don’t miss it!

Registration from 10am, short Time Warp rehearsals start from 11am – Record Attempt: 12 noon.

Brighton seafront, the old paddling pool, on the East Side of the West Pier.

Rocky Horror Co have also put a nice little guide of how to do the Time Warp up on their site.

This Halloween be part of Rocky Horror history!
